A couple new Supra Insider episodes and a deep dive on feature factories

I received a lot of DMs after my post disagreeing w/ Marty Cagan's advice for feature factory PMs on Lenny's podcast. One of those DMs was from Estee Goldschmidt who invited me on her podcast to go deep on the topic.

Having had a couple weeks to reflect since that post went viral, my sense is that I said the thing a lot of people were thinking and feeling. So I doubled down on the post and dove in with Estee.

It was a really fun convo, with lots of spice 🌶️. Estee’s a great host and I love the dramatic flair she added in the episode teaser 🔥🤣
